A good book with visuals to help the complexity of the subject area. Good as a Level 4, Level 5 undergraduate level.
The book explains well the genetic concepts band related disorders.
Das Buch ist exzellent für die Grundlagen der Medizinischen Genetik. Für die Studierenden in Deutschland wäre eine übersetzte Version wünschenswert. In der englischen Version kann es nur empfohlene Literatur bleiben.

Great book with good quality images. Our University have a digital licence and I'll be recommending it to students on our Medical Sciences BSc course. Typo at the start of page 113 "loss or gain of v material" should be "loss or gain of chromosomal material" - someone tried the shortcut for paste (Ctrl + V) but must have missed Ctrl key. Fig 16.6A, Derivative 5 may need checking for banding consistency.
