A superb book, which covers the full range of topics required on the course to a good depth. Both the writing and the illustrations are clear and instructive. The index is a particular strength and makes the digital copy much more useful than many other books covering similar material. I have no hesitation in recommending that students purchase a copy, adding to our reading list and recommending to our library.
